Lodging Policies
We pride ourselves on our property and want you to feel at home while you stay with us. Please inform us of any special needs prior to your booking your stay with us! We have a minimum of a (2) night stay. Your stay will include breakfast during the days our in-house boutique restaurant is open. Restaurant hours are subject to change based on season. Breakfast, take-out lunch, and Dinner by Reservation are available at River Retreat Lodge.
Payment Policy
Payments may be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We are also able to accept ACH payments upon request. Please call the lodge for details. Lodging Rates my vary depending on which discounts are available at time of reservation. Rates shown are per night with double occupancy understood.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy for Individual Suites
To guarantee your reservation for your lodging and breakfast we require 50% pre-payment deposit of your entire stay and 100% payment for any add-on services. At 31 days before your stay your card will be charged in full for the remaining balance for all individual suite reservations. We adhere to a strict reservation policy. Any guests who cancel at least 31 days out from your reservation will receive a full-refund less an administrative charge of $75. All others cancelling after that time will forfeit the deposit in full unless reservation can be replaced in full. If the reservation is replaced in full we will refund all but (1) nights stay, please note there is no guarantee of replacement. Lodging Rates are based on double occupancy.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy for Full Lodge Rental
Please contact River Retreat Lodge Directly for Full Lodge Rental Policies at 877-787-5634. Our Full Lodge Rental is based on (2) persons per suite for a total of 12 persons. Extra person rate is $35 per person. Please plan on booking your full lodge rental at least 90 days prior to your stay for best availability.
Pets
This is a pet-free property for guests. We do own a Silver Labrador Retriever that is housed separately from the lodge and guests. Please do not bring your pets, if you do we will cancel your lodging without refund and you will not be able to stay.
Children
We provide a lodge where guests can relax, free from distraction, and able to enjoy their time with us stress-free. As a bed-and-breakfast we are promoting an atmosphere of a retreat from it all. No children are allowed under the age of 13. Any children over 13 that are brought to the lodge need to be under adult supervision at all times.
Non-Smoking
All areas, dining and accommodations at the River Retreat Lodge are non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes or any smoke making device.
Anyone smoking within the lodge or their suite can invite up to a $300 fine per incident. Please be courteous to all and don’t smoke during your stay. Thank you!
Events
